At least I had a good driver ahead of me and behind me the whole way home. I think if I had some idiot tailgate me today I may have been tempted to stop in the middle of the road just to piss them off!

See, that is the whole thing with kids in the back seat...
Guns even if they were legal, or just hitting my brakes, (and I was tempted) was not an option.

Have to admit, my girls heard me call him an A-Hole though.

I just hope that he gets his more than due Karma...

It's a good idea, but to time consuming for those that need to issue the punishment. The $500 fine is a good solution. It's big enough to be a thorn in the persons @$$.

I would volunteer to be an enforcer. I think I would enjoy it immensely.

Has anyone noticed that businesses (and some people on SC) often confuse 0.99 cents with 99 cents? This type of error really bothers me. Share your stories.

Haven't noticed that one - but it was probably just fast typing...
My biggest 'shopping bug' is tills with the signs "15 items or less" - that just sets me on EDGE! It should be 'fewer'.
Then there is "for free" - it should be just "free".
Don't get me started on apostophes and their misuse - like DVD's!!

LOL! No....99 cents is 99 cents, .99¢ is 99 one hundredths of a cent (or $0.0099).

Personally, most of those little errors bother me. I'm also annoyed when people use "alot" when they mean to say "a lot" (alot is NOT a word, it's either "a lot" or "allot" - which means something entirely different). They're, their, and there errors annoy me as well.

It really only bothers me when businesses make that kind of mistake, never when posters on a message board do.

I just figure different people have different education levels, some people do it for the sake of saving time etc etc. Everyone has something good to contribute.

Now I feel like my post is going to be scrutinized for grammar and spelling :p

I have to agree that I really get annoyed when business don't grammar check....when it comes to posting on SC, it's less important 'cause most of us are typing soooo fast to share a great deal that we become sloppy

A lot of people do that, sometimes I do it since its so abundant It doesnt bother me shrug. I don't have a ''cents button'' on my computer.

What bothers me is when something is 2.99 my husband will say its 2.00 Lmao

I'm going to merge this in the things that annoy you thread so noones feelings are hurt.

All in all its reallly not a big deal. I personally know i've done it and rest assured I wasn't "confused" or have a '"lack of education."
