Is LD still stacking huggies coupons?

I haven't been stacking for a while because every time I go to LD the rules have changed again. It's getting hard to keep up. I am wondering if anyone know if they are still stacking huggies coupons. Any Info would be great. Thanks

they are still stacking them here

if you are price matching the coupons cannot say -

limit 1 coupon per purchase per person or customer
cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions

I stacked Huggies diapers three weeks ago without a single problem. I've stacked many different times and the lady complimented me last time on how I had organized my coupons. I had one envelope for each package of Huggies I was buying and wrote the exact amount of the coupons inside. This way it was really easy for her to count up the coupons herself, double check the amount with me, and ring it in for each of the packages. I was able to pick up 7 packages for less than $10 including tax (paid with gc from SC trade).
