Oh I've been waiting for the PC cards to show up again! I guess I'll have to call Pampers to get my points fiasco sorted out. Its been a week, and no response or reversal of points

I find e-mailing them works... and they respond quickly - within a day or 2 my points are credited and I don't have to sit on hold on the phone... which doesn't work so much with little people around

I wish I could help you, but I redeemed all mine this morning....maybe I could check the boxes of diapers my in-laws got me for Xmas and maybe we could do a trade or something...I'll look at your trade list and get back to you ok?

Just an update on my issue from last week:
I never did receive any reply back from pampers about my email.
Today I noticed my account showed the order processed as of the 7th.
I called Pampers, and had to escalate to a supposed manager(after one transfer so I doubt she was head honcho despite what she said!). She said I was SOL because I posted proprietary info on a forum which is violating their T&C's (not according to the version I read ). She ended up terminating the call because she coudn't answer my questions or resolve my issue.
I went on twitter and vented. Magically a rep with @Pampers responded to me, and within a few hours I got my points back, and need to submit an email as to what happened for their security team.
This afternoon- the Zoom Zoom cars showed up on my doorstep. I'm waiting to hear back on how to return them!
I'm not saying I was right by copying and pasting from the site, and I would assume that it wasn't intentional that an order was placed when the links were clicked. But its apparent that there is/was a security issue, and I'm glad that they finally listened to me! (and that I got my points back.)
