Well today is a very sad day for me at 4.5 mobths I miscarried. Im so devestated and upset I dont know what to do. The worst part of it all I had to give birth to her. We named her Angel.

I hope that you find some peace with what has happened.

I miscarried at 16 weeks with my first pregnancy and was completely devastated. It took a long time for me to be able to move on from what had happened. I can't tell you what will or won't work, but make sure you are taking the time to grieve, it took me a long time but I think it helped a lot. I think of that baby at the oddest times, and wonder what that little person would have been like. For me, I went through a lot of what did I do wrong and what if's, but in the end there really was nothing that I could have done differently. I'll be thinking of you.

My condolences.... I lost three over the years and one at 16 and a half weeks just as you did. Grieving is important as another person shared. And holding your other child a little closer for a little while.... Thinking of you.
