yaaayyy loocie! way to go, we luv ya
and now ("for something completely different"), a poem in loocie's honour (not in the same league as loocie's poems)
loocie is our poem girl,
she does them up with an easy swirl,
it's easy for us to visit this place,
when loocie keeps puttin a smile on our face(s)...
(curtsy and bow)

Earlier, Steph Hunter said that there would be no U2 winning words for that reason...they don't fit with Psyh Psunday window. Guess we'll have to wait until after 6p(?) for some new opps.

Good afternoon all. Hope everyone is feeling happily psychedelic. I'm feeling much better now that I had a good sleep and have some time to kick back.
Too bad about the weather. They forecast a nice sunny week ahead - just in time for everyone to get back to work (except me - he he).
Thanks for all the words Rockit, Whomeno, Gar99, Neon, and all the runners up - and new poemer, probably not the right word.
Welcome FlyByNight to your first post in our thread. Happy to have you join us.
WD40 eh? Mmmm beets!
Thanks for the all the reps and kind comments, too.
Cheers!

Hum - catching up on the news on the Q107 website and saw this post so maybe there is something to it after we determined it was a hoax:
A trio of Toronto-based telemarketers have been fined for violating the national Do-Not-Call list.
Roofing by Peerless Mason and Waterproofing by the same firm have been fined 10 thousand dollars each, and lifestyle coach Rob Sugar, who runs a weight loss clinic, was fined four thousand for failing to obey the new regulations. The CRTC says each company was given opportunities to comply with the registry rules, but failed to do so. If the fines are not paid within 30 days, interest will be tacked on, and the CRTC will register the debt with the Federal Court in order to collect the amount owing.
Personally, I have a problem with these calls and junk faxes, too.

There was a thread on this in the Tea Room:
http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/98064-c...-faxes-canada/
A friend of mine had a unique way of dealing with her alumni association when they kept calling for donations - she went at the telemarketer, wanting to know where the deadbeat was, cause she hadn't paid the rent. The phone calls stopped after that.
