Well read some of your comments on the morning commute. Personally I like the ones who drive down the middle of the road taking up 2 lanes of traffic. I would really like to know how did they even pass their exams and get a license.

I'm a firm believer that if someone takes a road test they must be able to read English. How can you drive responsibly if you can not understand what the signs or book says.

P.S. I think my landlord falls into this category, they knew winter was coming and failed to turn on the melting system for the ramp to our underground, then no one was able to get out as the ramp was iced up. There was one tenant yelling at them, he's a paramedic and said if he was late and an emergency call came in he would hold them responsible. Wow was he ever furious, they finally got a snow removal company to come by 2 hours later and chip the ice away and salt the ramp so poeple could leave.
