The Christmas Spirit is about to be tested like never before in Mississauga. This Saturday the Olympic torch is traveling to City Hall and the roads will be closed all around it between 5am and 5 pm. The same roads that circle Square One, the biggest shopping center in Mississauga on the last shopping weekend before Christmas. Businesses are going to be upset because business will be down, shoppers will be upset waiting to get into Square One. Traffic will be a nightmare, Omg they might as well release a pack of wild rabid wombats into the mall, and have a monster truck rally in the south parking lot. I think i'll stay in bed.

April Wine still rocks! So so good. I was right up at the stage, dead centre...couldn't have been a better view. We had a great time. Wasn't a fan of the Led Zepplin tribute band...the music was pretty good but his singing...omg it hurt! There were a group of 20-somethings next to me who knew all the words to all the Led Zepplin songs. I only recognized three songs and they knew all the words...go figure. That kills me theory that I'm too young to be a Led Zepplin fan.

And ladies...Jason Ward...completely hot! Obviously he spends a good deal of time body building and from what I could see...it's working.

So glad I got to see April Wine...it's been quite a while since I've seen them. I'll be sending a "thank you" email to Q tomorrow...it was a great night.
