If we are talking about the Toronto District School Board, that's a distinct possibility.

What do the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Titanic have in common?

They both look good until they hit the ice.

Another benefit of magnesium suppliments are that it helps with calcium absorption. Being that you are a younger person and in the 'bone-building" phase of your life, you will be doing yourself a big favour with this suppliment.

    Good one BC!

Okay, just asking a question here - where did the gynecologist recommend you add the supplement?

where were you people with the migraine advice when I needed you a month ago???? LOL! Better late than never. Both suggestions are worth looking into to see if I can get some relief.
Just because something isn't right for YOU doesn't mean it's wrong.

Melatonin supplements can also help. Melatonin is also good for regulating your sleep patterns & has other properties that you may find beneficial.
There are lots of articles about it that you can read up on.

    Good luck and feel better.

Migraines - only ever had one (and that was quite enough of an initiation, thank you very much) but I do get "auras" on a fairly regular basis. Once I get an aura: CODEINE - works for me every time. Clearly I should go the preventative route, but if you lapse and find you're getting one, all I can say is this works for me.

Glad you're feeling better Loocie. And Michelem's right - there is something absolutely therapeutic about flannel!!

Wow. You've proven you can be in front of the camera and the mike; you can be behind the camera and the mike and you can hold your own on the editing floor. I'm impressed!!
