But, what we need to do here is kinda rekindle,
We need harmony & friendship & not rehash,
Unless you wanna report on last night’s bash,
I wish there was more that I could say,
If only to brighten up somebody’s day,
We all do things & we say things sometimes,
& some of us write far too many rhymes,
But my Smart Canuck friends, I do implore,
Let us keep our animosity in the back of the drawer,
Soon spring will be springing & the ground will get mucky,
& we’ll have another winner on here, who strikes it lucky.
