lost pms and reps?

i've seen a few people mention this problem - had hoped it was fixed - not.
i logged in today and i saw i had some, but when i tried to look they disappeared,,,,,?
reps, and comments also gone gone,,,
guessing more here have had this problem

Hi Madchives. I lost all my reps a while back and contacted the BB people about it. Nothing was done but, then, they are all busy people and it was a small matter. Hope it doesn't happen again because I get attached to my rep. Silly of me, perhaps.

You could of just been falsely notified. Ive had a notification for a year that doesn't go away thats always saying I have a new one, I think there is an error but Id rather put up with the error then lose everything.

happened when i said it had - signed in, saw the reps and pms -
went off to post,,,and when i went back to comment on the reps
and pms they were gone.
it's alright - where is my fridge magnet? though
