Hi... I set up the last two coupons swap and yes we were planning one for the end of the month but I am flexible. I am free any night but Wednesday nights and I work Mon to Fri during the day like most.
If no one can make it for Sun Jan 16th I would suggest an alternative date of Tues Jan 25 @ 7:00pm...

Agreed!!! I can make it any night during the week except Wednesday so I am flexible.

The 9th was my idea and the 16th and 25th was barginshoppers idea so I can throw this out here now...

I will have to decline right now. Just booked holidays and will be gone from the 9th to 16th. Maybe next time.

ok, based on everyones response..it looks like everyone can make the 25th. I think its a safe bet to confirm the 25th at 6:00pm. Im thinking a meeting at the timmys at bridgeport plaza (bridgeport/weber). Can everyone confirm this please =) Thanks guys, im really looking forward to this, it will be my first swap =)
