Thread: Multiple items on snap save and CO51 not recogmized

Dealing with snap saves and CO51 for multiple items on receipt is very frustrating. Again I get credit for only one item on snapsaves even though I underlined the number of items on receipt and wrote quantity of 3 on receipt also underline ...plus it was the only purchase on receipt. I don't know how to make this any more simple.it is so frustrating..so I sent I the receipt again which they rejected as a duplicate receipt. No sh..t Sherlock if you paid attention the first time we wouldn't be constantly doing this dance.
If they allow multiple purchases of a single item on one receipt to be claimed why why why can't you make it easier on all involved to give us the option of indicating how many of an item are being claimed. Doesn't seem like rocket science... I am sure it can't be that hard to add to the program...I am sure I am not the only one with this issue and I am sure I am not the only one to suggest such a modification. ...or maybe they want to discourage customers from claiming multiple items. On both apps or co51. Snap is ridiculous to deal with, but co51 I have never had issues.

On both of those apps, after you select which product you are claiming for, you select how many you are claiming. I've never had a problem.

Well updated snap app and now it opens and then closes right away. I gave tried restarting ipad but still won't work, so now I don't know what do.

I have sufficient space so that wasn't the problem. Deleted app, restarted and reinstalled, seems to be working now. Thanks for the tip! Now if snap would just respond with the missing $2.50 it will be great! It has been 2 days...wish I could call and get straightened out...customer service is lacking for sure...even a " we received your inquiry and are looking into it" would be nice. CO51 has much better service for sure.

One of them (can't remember which) told me that underlining etc actually slows down your processing / causes errors as they have a system that looks for text not actual people then the rejected ones get sent to ppl, so if it knows the text is not meant to be underlined, it isn't seeing it.
I put an arrow beside them rather than underline them
