I purchased a box of pampers and when i was opening them I noticed a small rip in the side of the box.. i didn't think anything of it, but now I can see that someone has taken the gtg sticker off of one of the packages its worth 36 pts, and someone who didn't pay for the product got my points..not fair. Has anyone had any luck with emailing them about missing codes?

I have called them through the 1800 number and they have put points into my account directly after answering a few questions. Was on hold for a bit though.

I've been trying to cash out my futura ever since they stopped taking UPCs. Its kinda impossible to hit $100 when you only earn pennies on the dollar back when you make a purchase online, making it kinda pointless. I really don't think Futura is going to be around for much longer.

Awwwww man! I was hoping to cash out for some futura rewards, that's lame! I don't have much in my futura account to begin with, but if it goes away completely, I'm at least hoping they'll cash everybody's account out no matter what they have in there!
