    I never paid any attention to mail or CP until I started couponing either....now mail is my obsession...LOL

    An oops bag is a clear plastic bag CP puts envelopes in if they destroy them in processing (wet/ripped/contents missing/??) It has a printed note on one side saying oops something happened to your mail
