I got one of these things in the mail today. I was REALLY hoping it was the one about how you can money on the internet fast! Nope that was last month and had to work!

This one is about "How to Buy Real Estate For Pennies On the Dolllar!"

This guy is coming to Brantford to teach me and everyone else how easy it is to make money in real estate!

He will answer questions like

3. How can I find income properties that I can flip overight (I will need more strength to flip a whole building over! )

So okay, not bad, not bad... but what is in it this FOR ME!!!!!! Oh wait, what is that on the page?????????

So I called and the lady wanted to know a bit of detail about me, nothing huge. Then she starts trying to sell somehting already.... I was like no.... no no...and no! She wanted my email address to "send my invitation", so I gave a google mail that I have so I can zap it if I need to!

So I guess I will go with a friend. Leave my walllet in the car, so when they start the selling, I can say... Oh my, I got no wallet, well don't need one when you are bankrupt right? If I write a cheque it will bounce for sue, you want it sir?

I just wanna see the big sell and see how many actually go for it. Did that once with online selling and cost a few grand later to find out the product was not at all like advertised!

Anyone else goes to these things for the sole reason to get something free then leave???

True, one has to be careful these days. And, when everyone is buying something, probably it's too late I the game already (I mean real estate)

Personally, I think you'll get a digital camera that'll work for a week. Secondly, why would you waste your time like that? If you really wanted to learn something, there's lots of stuff on the web. Or go to Chapters and look at the books by reputable authors on the same subject.
When you've just gone through a bankruptcy, the last thing you need is to listen to is a scam. It's not at ALL encouraging, nor will it benefit you in any way.

The only person getting rich from these ideas is the guy on the stage. How come everyone forgets the old adage about "if it's too good to be true......"

Yeah I do agree with all the comments above. The camera probably would break quick and I probably do have better things to do then sit there and listen to this guy say how easy it is, everyone is doing it... oh by the way, give me your credit card!!!

There are plenty of reliable sources of quality info.. Couple of decades ago, information was difficult to get..
Nowadays internet has changed that. There are several reliable source of info (mostly free)..
all you need to do is spend your time doing some quality research..
