I used to go a few times a week
but now that I have a nice stockpile I only go if there is a "freebie". I used to go if I only had to pay $1 or 50c for something but now I wait for just the taxes. I do stop by and coupon fairy as well as at Zellers and WM.
I also don't generally PM anything. I just wait for LD's sales.

I only go if: 1) I need formula and I have coupons to stack 2) I need diapers and I have coupons to stack 3) I can get something for $1.00 or under. I usually end up there 3 times a month.

I generally go once a week or so, depending on what's on sale. I have on occasion gone 3-4 times a week - because my local LD only allows you to PM one quanitity, so I just PM'd the same 5 items several times that week.
I only shop for 'Free', just taxes, so what I purchase varies all the time.

I do have to admit I go OFTEN, if not daily then every other day.
with all the crazy deals I bring home $50 to $100 of free products.
I do pay some of the taxes and often hit 2 different LD on any given shopping trip (limit of 6 for PM)

love it
........................your house must be overflowing, LOL.
Most of my stuff is going for donations anyways, and these days I'm usually stacking based on coupon expiries.............I've picked up lots of Campbell's soup & stock in the last few weeks (coupons expire Jan. 31st!)............I also picked up some free NeoCitran last week - I won't need it but I'm sure someone in my extended family/friends will.

Crazily enough, I barely ever go to London Drugs! I cannot stack at the London Drugs here in Vernon (believe me I have tried to change them), so I have to go to Kelowna... Kelowna is about 45 min away, but because I don't really ever have any needs for going to Kelowna, I think the last time I stacked was like three months ago!
But I really wish that the one here in Vernon was nice, bcuz then I would probably go once a week...

I stack about once a month and it is usually a big shop. The kids don't shop well so I need to find time to go by myself. I am always very organized so things go smoothly. When I say a big shop I don't always need a cart. I don't usually buy anything big so I can usually fit everything into a basket unless I am buying TP or paper towels or laundry detergent. I often find my stacks are larger after the P&G flyer comes out. After that first initial stack I don't do much until the next P&G flyer comes out. I am mostly stocked up so I don't need much. The extra things I get I make sure I only pay the tax and then I donate them. Like deoderant and bodywash etc.
I also like only FREE. So I won't buy anything at LD unless it is .50 and under. And that is for something I might need. Otherwise it needs to be free.http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/PinkSapphire. Click to get FREE Giftcards just for searching the web. It is so easy.
