I could load the page, but how to pick up the sample? I tried to click on images, not working...

When it works properly when you hover the mouse over the image of the item extra information appears describing the item. Within that there is a place to click to say you want the item. The item then gets a check and is placed in the row below where there are 5 places. Once in the row below each one has an x so you can remove an item if needed.

That happened to me couple times when I kept clicking the Continue button. Then I just clicked it once and waited (and waited) and it worked fine at the end. Good Luck!!

Got mine. Safari works, Firefox doesn't, Chrome doesn't work too well but at least it loads the select samples/coupons page.
