I'm sorry you're having difficulty redeeming your coupons. We appreciate your bringing this to our attention, and I'm sharing your report with our Promotions Team.

While we reimburse stores for the full face value of the coupons they redeem (plus the normal retailer's handling fee), we can't force them to accept our coupons. Sometimes stores develop their own policies regarding coupon redemption; or they aren't familiar with our coupon redemption rules. If that's the case, you might want to encourage the store manager to contact our coupon redemption center directly.

Wm cashiers had not accepted my 2.00 coupons on a Fusion Pro glide razor because it had a bonus body wash that came with it. I tried before Christmas to use it on a Fusion Pro glide razor that had a free HS shampoo and they would not accept it either. I have tried a few times to use these coupons ........But WM will not accept those coupons on bonus packs...... they say the 2.00 coupon is supposed to be on a single razor. I am going to try again with a different cashier

So bc you get a bonus they wouldn't accept it??? That's crazy. You're still buying the razor!

I agree with you both. But on the bonus packs you are getting the razor for free both times. The one with the head and shoulders says the razor is provided to the retailer free of charge. So I used my $2.50 coupon for Head and Shoulders on that gift set. And on the one with the bodywash or deoderant its the same. You are purchasing the bodywash or deoderant and getting the razor for free. So I used my save $5 wub 3 and added some cheap shave gel to use that coupon or you could use the travel sized shave foam as well.
But I still agree. The cashier should be taking your coupons. They are just being difficult.

I just got back from WM and tried to use my 4.00 coupon when you buy 2 secret dedorant. I took the secret to the cash a pkg of 2 for 3.97 ,tried to use my coupon and cashier said I had to go get another pkg as the 2 pkg only counted for 1 secret . I said it was on any 2 so she asked another cashier and she said NO would you like me to go get you another pkg.....I politely said NO.
So you see I can't seem to win @ all with WM ....LOL

Well in that particular instance the cashier was correct. There was only one bar code on the product, meaning one product sold. The coupon is for two products sold. Technically speaking, they would not be eligible for reimbursement on that coupon because you only bought one which isn't enough stock sold to cover the coupons.

Picky, but valid.

2 x $3.97 = $7.94 - $4.00 = $3.94

as far as I know the coupon for the fusion pro glide razor you were trying to use would not be accepted because the razor was FREE you should have used the Head and Shoulders coupon as that is what you were paying for and not the razor so I understand completely why you would be refused and I think it probably is the same for the body wash too . You need to respect the wording on the bonus packs. What is the bonus is not what the coupon can be used for.

well a bonus pack is the same price as one and that is why you would need to buy two. I agree with the cashier. You should have bought the secret single x 2 to win that arguement
