I just had the same problem when I tried entering 4 pins. But like everyone else has said I waited until the next morning, tried again and it worked.

I would understand if those codes cames from recycle bins walk but they are unused ones!!!

I did the same thing and e-mailed they replied in aobut 3 days with a new code. I find them really efficient.
