Need your help - anyone in/around Niagara Falls?

My dh and his son and I are going to Niagara Falls on this week. They are going golfing in the afternoon. I have 2-3 hours all to myself! I've been to Niagara Falls many times so I don't need to do touristy things. Do you have Metro? Save on Foods? etc. All we have here is No Frills, Food Basics, RCSS, and Zellers and Walmart. I'd LOVE to shop in another type of food store (am I crazy or what?)
Can anyone help with some ideas?

Don't know what's on the American side, have you considered going over there fore a scout around?

I live outside of Niagara Falls so I'm not sure which grocery stores are there BUT I do highly recommend Clifton Hill, there is SOOO much you can do there that you could easily kill 2-3 hrs.
