I just got a call from my sis who is in Hawaii on vacation...her Boyfriend just proposed to her and I will be her maid of honor so I need to get my butt in shape and fast!!! She said she wants to try to have the wedding this year!

This was my hopeful body after I lost 30lbs but after about 6 months of having this body I think it's time to move on to the next step of my transformation!

this is a good way to go about it...great attitude! for me i need to lose about 16 pounds to be healthy but i want to lose 25 to look good to me...yet still be healthy...it's all about me...
