I scanned and emailed back my signed and witnessed form and then i got my prize 6 weeks later on Valentine's Day.

I had 7 offers and one was worth 20 points. I had two Calgary Zoo offers. I got 56 points today.

Did someone on here mention problems with Vista Print? They have an offer for 250 free business cards. I was thinking of getting them.
