LOL - well, this hit home for me - when I was moving from a small town where I was teaching, to go back to my home city where my husband to be was living and we were going to get married, he came with a truck to move me - about five hours away. It was about the size of the truck above.
When we stopped for gas at a small town, I said I wanted just to drive a bit, to see what it felt like to drive the truck - after all, he'd be right there by me. So after we got gas, I got into the driver's seat, was pulling away from the pump, intending to turn off the lot, onto the street = well, I didn't account for the length of the truck, and hit the gas pump..... OY!

Didn't hurt the gas pump, my man took over driving, and it wasn't til we were returning the truck, they inspected it and discovered a tire was damaged. How did it get there? I pleaded innocence. They said we were very lucky because that tire could have blown and we could have gotten into a bad accident.

My one and only time of trying to drive a truck...
