Had a great day at RCSS:
6x Windex @ 3.69 B1G1 - 3x B1G1 coupons = FREE!
4x Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet discs @ 3.99 B1G1 - 2x B1G1 coupons = FREE!
2x Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet discs @ 3.99 B1G1 + 2x Scrubbing Bubbles Aerosol @ 3.99 - 2x B1 SB discs G1 SB Aerosol coupons = $3.99 (I only had to pay for one of the packets of discs!)
But then...
I realized on my way home (three hours later!) that I had left both of my coupon folders in the cart - I almost cried! I drove all the way back to the store and found out that someone had handed them in, thank goodness! I did a little happy dance on the way back to the car

Yikes! That was a close call. I would not be happy at all to lose my coupons. So glad you got them back. I would have been almost in tears myself.

I love stories like this, hearing ppl doing good as the person did who handed your binder in, rather then running with it. With all the bad you hear day in/out in news, on tv etc. it's nice to see so much good and I've found since finding this site (SC's), it's way easier to reflect on positives and be excited over things and for other's.
So glad everything worked out for you.

Oh glad that you have it back. I actually almost finish to organize my coupon and finally put them in the binder and for a little while came thru my mind what happen if I lost them...all of the hard work, collecting them, organize them, they are not that easy to me, specially if you are new like myself....
I post on the different brag about how the B1G1 free store promotion and combine with the B1G1 free coupons. I am not quite understand how this things work...I would appreciate it very much if somebody can explain it or send a PM to me....
Cheers to everyone....

I had a difficult time wrapping my brain around it at first too! It works like this: because there is an in-store B1G1 sale, the store pays for one of the two products. When you use your B1G1 coupon on top of the sale, the coupon takes care of the cost of the other product - the manufacture pays for it, which makes it free for you! I thought I might get a hard time from the cashier about it, but I didn't at all. One thing I've noticed about RCSS is that their promotion prices don't show up on the cashier's screen until the coupons have already been inputted into the system and the whole order is complete. In other words, when the cashier looks at her screen before entering the coupon amounts, it looks like you are paying for both products, because the cash register does not show one of the products is free until the very end, right before you pay. I can't help but think this helps us couponers out a little - it seems to create less confusion for the cashier.
By the way, I have used these coupons in two different transactions, and both times a supervisor had to do an override because the cashier had reached her coupon limit - the supervisors didn't even raise an eyebrow at the coupons either! Good luck

Great brag.
Gosh. I would have a conniption if I forgot my coupons somewhere. lol. My binder has become as important as my purse when it's in the cart. LOL."Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." Oscar Widle
