2) Did not inform you at time of recieving- might have sent it back
3) A lot of $ worth of it was food items- are those taxable?
4) Not a purchase, a win therefore a gift.
That is what I would say (More eloqeuently) in a letter returning the bill.

Personally I am going to just mail the bill back where it originated from...

If/When I get a bill I would also go through the expired contests and find the link to the contest.. print out the worth of the item (including food but make sure they know that) as well as contact info for the contest... put the onus on them to contact the people running the contest themselves if they have further questions.

aww i have been trying forever to win a bunny am i doing it wrong cause i never find them hidden in the holes on the site

today it is on the games page...i think....a form pops up and you fill ti in and then it says if you are an instant winner or not..its in a different area everyday.

I have found the bunny every day and still haven't won rose
btw..you can keep searching until you find him and if the time is right you are a winner no matter how many tries it takes you to find him

really today is the first day i have even found a bunny in the holes lol the other days i would go through all of them and he wouldnt be anywhere so i thought maybe it was one a day or something and that someone had found him before me LOL
