Front page is the only page you will ever see any deals.
What's the point of even looking at the other pages? lol So that you can see items become prices that other grocery stores have them at all the time? lol
Becel 2LB tubs for $5.99 this week in the Metro flyer folks lol, or just go anywhere else and it's $5.99 all the time?? lol

yeah never go there, unless it's a really good sale and I need it.
Its out of the way for me, and the cashiers there are so snotty.

What I really hate about Metro also, is when you go there, there is usually only one cashier working, and there are about 6 people in line waiting?? Anybody want to pay high prices for slow service??

I only go if it's a really good sale and I have coupons, it's still the best way to rack up airmiles around here!
Now is the time to start!

Chado, I used to rely on the comics from the newspapers ( back in the day) to give me a laugh, now the Metro flyer provides that. However, I will say that on rare occasions I am shocked to see a real deal from them. Then I run quick before I blink and the stock is gone.

I once read about ads: the smaller the picture, the crappier the deal. lol. If that is the mantra by which I judge Metro's flyer deals, then they must have the crappiest deals of all because their pictures are so tiny.
That being said, Metro has been a great spot for finding coupons and occasional clearance deals for me. Once in a blue moon they will have a sale on one item that is worth my while. But that's not very frequently.
However...one must not underestimate the power of the $5 Metro panzerotti that is SO big you'll eat have it for supper, lunch the next day and an evening snack.
And...while I find shopping at Metro generally "too rich for my blood," there are folks who LOVE shopping there.
Rich ones, I imagine.Last edited by ninna; Sun, Jun 10th, 2012 at 09:47 PM.
