Coupon stacking at LD question

Hi,

I just was at two different London Drugs today one in Burnaby and one in Vancouver. Came with live clean stacks but one of the cashiers who worked at the customer rep told me London Drugs no longer allows coupon stacking. But just wondering if anyone can confirm this?

It seems as though while it is in London Drugs coupon policy that they DO stack, not all stores have to follow suit, it is at the discretion of the store manager

I am in Winnipeg and London Drugs DEFINITELY STACKS!!

Same thing here on Vancouver Island...some SOF's stack...some don't.

Which LD's in Winnipeg stack? I'm trying to help someone stack there. And is LD the only place you stack?

Hmmmm....OP said they used to stack.....this happened to me awhile ago at the store I've stacked at for the past year. When the CS told me they were no longer allowing stacking, I asked when their policy changed as I wasn't aware (I was dumbfounded ......it turned out that it was when they no longer allowed SC Johnson stacking, not stacking period....just a mixup on their part.
I'd be curious if they used to allow it when they changed....it might just be a policy misunderstanding (or...maybe they decided not to allow it anymore...either way, I'd inquire). CS has also called HO a few times to clarify while I was waiting and got it straightened out.

there is only ONE LD in all of Wpg, and no SOF!! It sucks, but you take what you can get. So basically the entire city has to go to one place to stack. (Can you sense my frustration!)

This is a little disheartening since I've stacked at those locations last year. Didn't realize the policy changed Has anyone tried stacking at save on foods? I'm alittle scared to go there actually...lol

I got turned down with live clean stacks at ld in Burnaby this afternoon, stacked them lots before...they say can't be combined with any other offer. I thought they were okay because it doesn't say "coupon offer". In the morning I got turned down on greenworks stacks at new Westminster, and noticed the sale price of 3.99 on the live clean, so I went to the Burnaby location. They were fine with the greenworks.

Last month I tried live clean stacks with a price match at new west, and they would not pm with stacks because I "was combining the offer". Yet a few weeks before they were fine with it.

I haven't stacked since before Christmas...seems to be getting more difficult, plus there are not too many items I need that have stackable coupons. I won't make a trip there to stack for stuff that will just sit in my closet.

I stacked for free L'Oreal Sublime Mousse tonight at LD Guildford (Surrey BC).

I tried to stack for free Sublime Mousse a couple weeks ago at the New Westminster LD (on 6th) and they showed me a coupon policy that I had never seen before. It said that they did not allow stacking if the coupon said `cannot be combined with any other offer` and you`re doing a price match at the same time. This is completely different than the policy posted on their web page, which says the coupon stacking policy is completely separate from the price matching policy!
The new policy said it was okay to stack if didn`t say `cannot be combined with another coupon offer,` but only if you`re not price matching! How bizarre...

Yes, you are right. It depends on who's at the till. I usually go to the male cashier. They do not much care about the coupon, since some female cashiers read the coupon word by word, it is kind of wasting time.

BTW, what does "SOF" mean?
