I would like to add that quality is also a relative factor.

Toilet paper quality is usually measured based on three important features:

- Color (the whiter tones are usually perceived as better quality)
- Softness (the softer textures are perceived as better)
- Strengh (nobody likes paper that breaks into pieces).

the cheapest deal I found was when Canadian Tire had the scratch cards in October where you were guaranteed to have $5 off your purchase.

I would grab the 8-roll of Majesta @ $4.99, (plus a small can of cat food to bring the total past $5) and pay aprox. $1.25, with taxes, for both items.

I just grabbed a case of Costco TP this week, regular $19.99, on for $15.99.
You get 32 rolls, with 300 sheets per roll.

So many TP brands only give you 150 or 176 sheets, per roll these days, so sale prices are somewhat deceptive, and mat not be so great a deal.

I can't even find the majesta anywhere 4pks. I called all over the KW,guelph,cambridge area then called Majesta yesterday to confirm they still make them which they do. So if anyone out there know's a store in their area that carries them please let us know...Thanks

Yes let's make it a wiki and keep it updated. This is great stuff to know. I thought I was getting a deal when I was getting Royale double rolls from WM when they were going for $5 less the $1 gocoupon. I guess I should have calculated the per square.

giant tiger has them, or at least the one near here does. It was .99, then for a while they went up to $1.29, and I just noticed the other day they are back to .99

I started my own post last week in the discussion form about tp, shrinking roll size and trying to figure out the best deal. Problem is everyone advertizes they have a deal but the prices vary so much, you don't always know what is a deal. Royale double rolls have way more squares and more length than charmin rolls.
