Hi everyone!!
I have joined with them awhile ago. I have done 2 parties so far. I applied for all of them. But, I guess it depends on what you write, on WHY you want to throw that peticular party. Also, maybe you need to say you are having more people at your party. Keep trying because it is really fun, and you get good things to throw the party with..

I emailed houseparty. com in regards to Canadians being eligible and here is the response I received:
This is in reference with your Request Ticket Number: CS00008338.
Good morning
At the current moment we do not have any parties planned for Canada. We have put on event there in the past, but there have been too many issues with customs and package costs and delays. Thanks you for your interest and hopefully in the future we will be able to allow you the chance to host a party.
Have a great day!
Please reply back to this email without changing the subject line if you have further clarifications.
Sincerely,
Consumer Care

In my opinion, I doesn't look like they are including Canadians anymore because of the custom issues. Who knows if they will work out a way for us to become involved in the future. I suppose I will wait it out and see.Last edited by ryanmike; Fri, Mar 14th, 2008 at 10:27 AM.

I've had 2 of these house parties so far as well. Although it may say not in Canada..... not so. I had the Cranium party (they sent me the new edition of Cranium WOW) then I had a kids' party for some cartoon (forgot the name right now). It is a legit site and the names are computer picked based on your answers. Hope this helps!

mouser....the email came from Houseparty themselves....it states that although they have had parties in the past, they have had issues with customs and do not have any current plans for Canadians.
With that being said....I will keep hope that they find a way to include Canadians once again.
