Took a nice evening drive/shopping trip with Lshortt this evening to Bowmanville and hit up the Walmart and Loblaws there! What a wonderful friend she has become to me! Wouldn't know what to do without her now! She is also definitely good to have on hand when you go to WM as she works for WM and knows all the couponing policies! The lady at WM tonight tried to argue with us about the Stayfree coupons that its one per purchase and we'd have to do them ALL in separate transactions. She of course told them not and they called up the CSM and blah blah. Anyway they ended up doing them all in one transaction. Wish these stores would learn how coupons work and what all the terms mean!!

    Walmart

    Donuts $1.00
    Stayfree pads 10x$2.00=$20.00-$20.00=FREE

    Total OOP is $3.28!

    Loblaws

Glade Candles at $4.99x4=$19.96-$1.50x2 coupon zone coupons and B1G1 free on any glade candles =$19.96-$3.00-$11.30(B1G1)=$5.66 for all 4 or $1.41 each!

Old Spice body wash on sale at $2.64x2=$5.28-$1.00x2 coupon zone coupon and $3 off of 2 old spice products. $5.28-$2-$3=$.28 cents!

Jergen's lotion on clearance for $3.00 and didn't realize it rang up at $3.50 until I got home! NO use going all the way back there over $1 when it would take more then that for gas! So $3.50x2=$7.00-$3WUB2=$4.00. Not bad but not GREAT either. I forgot to print anymore of the save $2.50 ones

Gillette shave gel on sale at $1.64x3=$4.92-$5WUB3=+.08 cent MM!

Ziploc freezer bags on sale at $2.29x2=$4.58-$4.00=$.58 cents!

    Total was $41.74+$4.12 (tax)=$45.86-$31.30 in coups=$14.56 OOP!

Having a wonderful friend that I met on SC to go shopping with=PRICELESS!!!!!!!!

Can't wait to finish up all my shopping tomorrow that we didn't get tonight! Hopefully kid free as my little one was NOT a happy camper tonight!

What does that actually mean "one per purchase"? I'm new to couponing and always thought that it meant you could only use just one. Am I wrong?

    Thanks!

Yeah the one per purchase and one per transaction wording can be confusing. I still don't know.

Great brag, I would love to find someone on SC to go shopping with too. Definitely makes you feel more confident in the couponing adventures.

One per purchase means one per item. Your items that you buy are called your PURCHASES.

    Great job Ashley

When a coupon states "One per purchase" it means one per ITEM your purchasing. So for instance I bought the 10 packs of stayfree and the coupons state "one coupon per purchase" that means I can use 1 coupon per each stayfree I bought. When a coupon states "one per transaction" it means I can ONLY use one coupon per transaction of that item so if I had more then 1 of a certain item and had coupons for the amount of items I have then I would have to do them all in a separate transaction. Make sense?

Great deals!! I love the bowmanville store, it's not far from my house They are usually pretty good with coupons, but it all depends on the cashier though.

I wish the coupons would just say "one coupon per item"... That way there would be NO confusion!
