Don't know where you are; you'll have to check for your provincial regulations.

I think you have to go to the local provincial court house to pay the fines and the reinstatement fee and get a temp one until your new one comes in the post.

I believe you have to pay at court house, wait a few days (for it to process) , then go to license bureau for temp. license and then they send in mail??

    Depends on the suspension.

What did you get suspension for?

    For example:
Street Racing [also going 50 km/h+] is minimum 7 days suspension [I believe] and you get back your license after plus pay fine

The notice you received should tell you what your payment options are on the back, and/or have a number listed for you to call.

If you do pay and they tell you you're allowed to drive again, BE SURE to keep the receipt for the payment of the fine and a copy of the original violation, etc., with your insurance and registration - if you're pulled over again, they'll probably still get a hit on you in the MTO/CPIC for a few days and may believe you're still suspended. Being able to prove to them that you've already complied is a very good idea.
