He was 65 years old and suffered from cancer that spread.
He was married to Valerie Bertonelli at one time.

^^ I just heard this news. I feel for Valerie B. , she must be devastated, they were married for 25 years and their son Wolfie ( Wolfgang ) must also be in dire straights over losing his dad.
