I am sure there are a few of us ladies of a certain age that had a small crush back in the day of this heartthrob from Lost In Space. Mark Goddard played Major Don West on the series.
Pneumonia took him on October the 10th after celebrating his 87th birthday in July. R.I.P. Major.

This is REALLY tough. Suzanne Somers one freaking day before she turns 77. It was so private but she was ill for awhile, her cancer returned.

This is a nightmare accident that has always struck fear in fans of ice hockey! So bloody tragic!
Adam Johnson, just 29 years old died after his throat was slashed by a player's skate on the ice during play.
It happened in Sheffield, England.

He had played at one time for the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Canadians will be heavy of heart for Dana Carvey and his wife Paula, they have lost their son Dex to an accidental drug overdose on Wednesday Nov 15th. He was 32 years old.

A poignant loss for me personally. Although George Cohon is well known for bringing McDonald's to Canada and his charity work was always front and centre,
I had the pleasure of meeting him while delivering mail one summer afternoon. He never bragged about who he was, just shook my hand as he said his name,
asking me how I liked my job. We chatted for a few minutes before he headed off to the Sports facility along my route.

It wasn't until I saw him at the Santa Claus parade dressed as a celebrity clown later that year that I then discovered who he actually was.
He shook the hands of the volunteers who were collecting Santa letters along the parade route, leading with his infectious smile, he then recognized me as the
carrier he had spoken to months before. That kind of blew me away!

His passing on the eve of the Santa Claus Parade is especially sad to me. R.I.P. sweet man.

Not sure who remembers the movie Parasite. We all watched it here, it had quite an impact at the Oscars, winning in 6 categories, including best Picture.
Sad news that one of the actors ( Lee Sun-kyun ) who starred in it was found dead today in South Korea.
