I have good luck with some of the seeds that Giant Tiger sells for .79 cents or 3/$1. I've liked the Parris romaine, radishes and tomatoes.
**I've also had luck with a few eclipsa claims for vegetable seeds...I take a photo of the seed pack eg carrots beside the receipt
