There must've been changes over the last couple of months, the surveys used to be quite well set up and I used to qualify for most of them. Too bad, used to be one of my favorites

i think it's because most of the surveys are now outsourced. That's why it's not really well set up and pending credits occurs. Those are not opinion outpost's own surveys

Has anyone ever had any problems with a survey not crediting after you complete it?

Also, has anyone ever tried to contact their customer service and if so, how long did it take to get a reply?

i experienced many times.. and OO said it's not their fault. it's the survey company and in the end i never ended up getting the credits back because OO is not responsible for them.

Thanks!! It's weird, I completed the survey yet it's still in my available surveys section, yet when I click on it, it says I've completed it yet no compensation....

There one of the best payers that I belong to although I have noticed there not paying as much as they use to and you have to collect more then before. I've contacted their customer service a few times regarding stuck surveys and they have always corrected the situation and paid out.
Global Test Market is the one I have more issues with.

you're very welcome! I really hope that i get compensated. But not in my cases... i guess i'm just unlucky.. but im still happy with them though. they are one of the best paying survey company out there.
