Ohhh I love these points!!
Just got back from SDM and managed to drop $64.72 on all sorts of things....Those OLAY body washes are a great deal especially since I had TWO coupons that gave me $7.50 off 5 of them, so I got each of the OLAY body washes for $1.49 each!! (can you tell I love body wash?)....Anyway with all the ATM coupons and bonus points I walked out with-----drum roll---- 18,580 optimum points!! the girl at the counter was laughing at all the bonus points and coupons I used and was impressed
I love SDM and their points system....in the last 6 months I have managed to get 4 digital cameras (Canon Sd 1000's and Sony W55's- all GIFTS) for $69.49 each using points and also picked up a SONY mini-dv camcorder for $89.99. I'm pretty sad that the they *may* be stopping the optimum points in 2009-10....*read the fine print on your card agreement*

I used 2 different Brandsaver coupons....one was save $5.00 off any THREE P&G products....i.e Olay body wash, H&S shampoo etc...and then another $2.50 coupon for any 2 OLAY body washes...So with both of the coupons I got 5 OLAY body washes for $1.49 each! (regular price $6.99 each)....They came in the BRANDSAVER coupons I ordered off Smart Canucks

We went to the one that has an ATM machine.

Deals that I think its good:

Centrum was 30% off, and yet there wasn't the right price tag there, so I asked and it scanned in as 9.99 (100), so i grabbed all 3.

I bought 3 bottles for olay body wash, used the 5 dollars off P&G coupon, so ended up 4 bucks for 3 bottles! The casher didn't want to let me use it,saying its already on sale, I said i use those coupons all the time! So the other girl told her to give it to me

I found a coupon of bonus 1000 pts in the glow magazine for Always pads, its not on sale but my 1 dollar off coupon expires yesterday, so I got it anyway. 4.99-1 + 1000 bp

I also got Dove hand wash, I signed up for the Dove program , so I printed out a 1500 bp coupon. The hand wash was 2.99, i used a 1 dollar off coupon.so its 1.99+1500bp

Mr clean was 1.77, i used 1 dollar off coupon, 77 cents.

And yes, I think I drove the cashier crazy. LOL

yes i had so many things circled in the flyer and when i got there, everything was GONE. i was not impressed as i wasted gas driving there thinking i was going to get a bunch of deals... i only got to use one coupon...

next time im gunna make sure i am the first one there.

I think they organized it so poorly.As friday was holiday,the staff may not had time to put up the price stickers.None of the vitamins were marked as 30% off. Also the stock was very limited(especially on the one-day sale items).I couldn't find any pop or butter.I din't look for the Royale TP,but iam sure they must be out of it too.I never saw Shoppers to be so crowded before,but on Sat,we couldn't get a single trolley cart too put in our milk bags lol.
