Wow, great - and you are lucky to find it so cheap to start with; that doesn't happen here.

I bought my first case at Walmart for $4.29 plus deposit of $1.20. Then went to sobey's $6.29 (club sobey's points) used FPC, have done this 3 times so far. Pop expiry 2013
Lets hope this deal lasts for awhile!!!!

bloody well brilliant! I actually found a FPC in the recycle bin - never even thought of hunting down the boxes with the FPC on them- and I've been doing this for well over a year! thanks!!!

Awesome I was just about to post the same deal/brag but you beat me to it! I actually paid 4.99 for the first case which was a sale price believe it or not...I've gotten 6 cases so far.... my total spent is 1.31 per case but I will get back 60 cents for each case...I'm going to keep going. We have to pay 12 cents recycle fee on top of the 60 deposit here in BC. And I found out they charge you HST on the 12 cents....that's why when I am getting my free case I am paying 73 cents...luckily two of the times I went I wasn't charged the deposit or recycle fee....

Wow to people who are paying so much for cans. It's 5 cents per can/bottle in Quebec. If you find a store that doesn't charge deposit, that's the one to go to. So it's IGA and Super C for me. Make 60 cents to take home free case.
Maxi charged me 60 cents a case for deposit, so pretty sure Provigo and Loblaws will to.
Did anyone have to pay tax on the case? All my cases were rung in without any tax, probably because they were bought at a grocery store. Pretty sure Zellers would charge tax because I had to pay tax on Koolaid Jammers.
free*is*best, did you pay tax at Walmart?Last edited by couponmummy; Wed, Jul 18th, 2012 at 07:22 PM.

Back in the good old days, we used to go to Ontario to buy Dr. Pepper because it wasn't available for sale in Quebec. Some Quebecois did not like the name "Pepper". Back then, recycling program was rare but Quebec had it. So we bought cases of Dr. Pepper, paid no deposit, and get back 5 cents per can.

Yes, I paid tax at walmart. that was the 1st case I bought. At Sobey's I had to remind them the tax is included in the coupon amount. Our tax is 5%. and deposit in Alberta is 10 cents a can.
