Took great advantage of the 20x event!

First I purchased $300 worth of gcs. = 3000 points

Then at Store #1 I bought about $85 worth of grocery items, some of them earned extra points too. After coupons, I paid $49. I also got my very first SCOP! Scooby Snacks were ringing in at $4.49, so I got them free. She wouldn't take my $1 coupon for them since they were free....is that correct, or should they still accept the coupon since it's their mistake?

Then I phoned about 25 stores in the entire Hamilton/Ancaster/Dundas area looking for the $189 Compaq computer. Sold out everywhere. Until I called Caledonia and they had 1 left. We rushed over and I got the computer and 20x points. Then I went and got 2 boxes of Scooby Snacks and they rang in wrong (which I knew already). I got 1 box SCOP'd and used my $1 coupon on the other. BUT, she SCOP'd it after I already paid, so they had to do a refund first....they refunded my $1 coupon!!! So I got 2 boxes of Scooby Snacks for $1.17

Total points earned today: 57,820

If your kids love Scooby Snacks....go out and get some...all the stores have the prices marked wrong and it's in the flyer!

Great brag! You did really well today! Re the SCOP I would think that if the price is $0.00 (SCOP) then there is no price to take the coupon off of. Unless you want them to adjust the coupon down.....but that would be all the way to $0.00.
