Okay so basically.
I had a laptop for 4 years and I downloaded ALOT of Music off iTunes. Synced it to my iPod, and so forth.
My laptop crashed. And a friend of mine managed to save most data off my laptop onto a USB drive.
Unfortunatly 90% of the music is not recoverable on the USB.
I got access back to my old iTunes account but it states ' music is accessable on computer ' probably the one that is toast.
Anyone can help? Or am I SOL?This thread is currently associated with: Apple

If I sign into my itunes account and something I previously paid for is gone I can download it again for free, itunes can tell i have already purchased it i guess? It would be a long process but worth a try if you can't find a better solution. Once you recover them back it up in icloud

Really? We have several ipods here and only ever pay once and we all get to use them. I even put them on family/friends ipods when hey visit. I always sign in on the other ipod and then the downloads just seem to take off. I'd be contacting apple for support. They must be able to help you.
