I was talking about in Cherriez's case where she was listed as a precaution as some of her trades are not that old yet, and it was stated, as Boo quoted that it could be sorted out.

There are others have worked to get off the negative list - as I say every time there is a thread like this, it all depends on the communication. Even if a trade goes wrong I will leave it weeks and weeks if the person is communicating, but if I am lied to (for example about the posted date when it shows up with a much later postmark) or ignored I will leave neg feedback

My point about you specifically was that more people traded with you while others were waiting for envies that never showed up, if you had been placed on the blacklist sooner, there would have been less of a mess (and less people for you to deal with now to get off the list)

OK that is not actually true everything happened at once. I came back tried to fix things . Did with a few. Left again which i shouldn't have but having that many people pissed at you is pretty stressful. It is not like i made bad trades then made some more like you imply

Thanks Boo I have been talking to sally, it is just frustrating when my name keeps getting thrown in when everyone discusses "Scammers" Because I am working really hard , Thanks for the advice boo

IMO if you have a dozen negative trade ratings your name should be on the bad trader thread and not removed until those trades are rectified. Also you should not be starting anymore trains or trades until they are.

I'd rather trade with a person with no feedback, then a person with a couple negative.

I'm not sure if you are talking about me, but I have been trading and by my name it says trade with caution, That was put there by the Mod for this thread. I am trading to prove that I am not a scammer , would you not want someone to prove they are not a scammer. That is how you get your name off the blacklist.
