Oh, my.... it's 10:40 and no one has been here?
I had too much else to catch up on, so am getting here later than usual!
There was a death yesterday in my extended family - the MIL of my second-oldest sister. She was in her late 80s, had been in a nursing home for the past few years, passed away in her sleep in palliative care. She and her husband, who died several years ago, were from our home city, so we grew up knowing them - an absolutely wonderful couple. My son always enjoyed visiting with them - especially the Mr. - since he was a jokester and storyteller; Milan didn't get to know his own grandfathers.
A wonderful thing for my sister's grandchildren - they got to know their great-grandparents, which is rare these days, I think.
So, everyone, hope your day goes well!

good afternoon everyone!
so i was just trying to fill up some gaps in my basement with that big gap filler spray... well, first i broke the little nozzle piece.... then after a couple tries, the sealant started coming out and i was able to fill up a bit of the gap, until i broke the rest of the nozzle. Oh, and then I noticed I had some of that stuff in my hair... so i went to wash it off right away, and i ended up having to cut off some strands of my hair.
Now, I'm trying to figure out how to remove the caulk tube from the caulk gun....watched a couple youtube videos, but they have instructions on how to load the gun as opposed to unload.
Hubby is in a meeting/training session all day, so can't disturb him and I really want to get these things done today cuz once spring comes around, we get spiders coming out from these little holes/gaps in the baseboards
well, i'm off to give my DD lunch and then try to figure this stuff out

Hi Angel,
there should be a locking clasp on near the top of the handle (pump handle).
Hold the body of the caulking gun with one hand, with your other hand click that locking clasp and pull the handle back at the same time. You should be able to pump the pump arm all the way back out to the initial starting position before you loaded the tube.
hope that helped.DANGER

Dan, it's confusing, other 'experts' say wait to change passwords for a while, til it's over...
Busy day today, will do some baking, then lots of cooking - son is coming for supper.
Also, hopefully will get some more unpacking done. Actually found some sandals yesterday, lol!

Enjoy the nice mild temps today people.
I can't profess to understand God's plan. Christ promised the resurrection of the dead. I just thought he had something a little different in mind.

Good morning!
I've been up since 2:30, ick! It's hard enough when I have trouble sleeping, but obviously worse when the sleep I do get is troubled...
So I may not make it to mid-morning before I head for a nap, lol!
Hope you all have a super day!
