good morning all, Happy Thursday which is really like a Friday this week for the working crowd.
Has anyone ever experienced hearing birds chirping in the evening? Like this was about 9:30 p.m. out back and I hear all this chirping commotion but could not actually see any birds as I never actually stepped out there..... because you never know when scary racoons might impersonate birds to get ya!
Raccoon's I can handle, it's the bears who put a scare onto my boys..

Babka (one kind of Easter bread) is mixing in the breadmaker. Got cans cleaned and ready for baking - traditionally Babka is cylindrical in shape, so they are baked in cans.
Lots to do today - hoping I can get a big portion of what I want, actually done!

Had our son over for supper yesterday - aside from a good meal and visit, he helped me with some computer issues.
Yesterday's Babka baking turned out great - today I'll be making Paska, which I should get started on soon!
