it's a pancake kinda morning :)

I was going to make pancakes, but I got lazy and had cereal instead.

been up early, but I did not decide to start the mega pot of chicken soup till about 1/2 hr. ago ( using thick thighs in the stock ) .....oh well that will end up as dinner later tonight and will serve as a handy starter through the week. Hope everyone has noticed that white stuff has melted and it is milder out!!??

I just looked at the forecast, and indeed, we are above freezing today. Though it'll likely be raining all day. It'll get rid of the rest of the snow, I suppose.
