Brr! Good morning, everyone!! Well, that was a busy weekend, with two weddings, and omg, my boo-boo leg was sure complaining all last night about the abuse it took. So....one more to go in October and I'm done!
Another dreary looking day....a good day to stay inside and sew a doggie quilt..:)

Just heard the forecast, it's going to get to 29 - wowsers! :)
So I talked to the guy about the apartment and I rented the 1 bedroom for oct 1st. He did say he will text me a few days before the end of the month to pick up the key and I can start moving in. I have no bed or tables or anything. So he told me a would pull a bunch of stuff out of storage for me to have for the apartment. I gave him $500 today and the rest oct 2nd and rent includes hydro, cable and internet. :)
Good morning, Nat....and thank you, I wish I could take it easy, but so far I've pieced together the top of the doggie quilt I promised to have ready to be put into our dog park raffle basket for Woof Fest here on Oct 4th, and time is fleeting. I just have to put the batting and the backing fabric onto it, quilt it, bind it, and voila! Done. :) I hope they like it.Quote:

Yup, we really have a heat wave going on here!

Was supposed to be +24 most of the week here so we'll see. By the way does any one know about those blue whale pillows at walmart. I might buy
a couple since I think they're on sale for around $3.75 since I don't have any pillows either lol.

Another day of 29 degrees coming today...
It's absolutely crazy with all the leaves coming down everywhere - we're in an older neighbourhood where we have many big trees and the leaves are already covering the yard fully.
