News is comin' at ya! Well, things are good with the bf... REALLY good, in fact :) We celebrated our 1 year anniversary in August and we're looking for a house together. The boys adore him and he adores them... I've never been happier!
Work is going well, I've been doing home care for over a year and I love it. I have amazing clients and my co-workers are awesome.
Hayden just turned 7 and Christian will be 11 in December... my babies aren't babies any more :( But they are both thriving and happy, which they deserve more than anything.
I'm not couponing anymore because I have so many other things going on but I have to admit... paying full price sometimes KILLS me!!!
So, in a nutshell, that's what we've been up to. I've got a lot of reading to catch up on so I can see what you guys have been up to! Talk again soon!!

Our biggest news was that we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this summer - wowsers!
Otherwise, life is good! Milan is going to be 23 in a week - crazy how fast that happened!
He comes over at least once a week, and we talk during the week; he's doing great, loving being a mechanic.
Just finished cleaning 10 lbs of beets, and most of them are in the oven roasting, to be prepped to freeze. Gah, my hands are sore!

Lots for me to catch up on today - I didn't finish the beets yesterday, I was very sick of even looking at all 10 lbs of them! They are all cooked, though, so this morning I need to chunk some up and make the brine for some pickled beets, and julienne others to freeze for future use in borscht.

Some household catchup today, finished those darned beets last evening... don't want to see another one for a while!

Good morning! Nat, my hubby is just now preparing 10lbs of beets for a big batch of borsch to freeze, and have for dinner tonight and of course to give to the kids. Busy day here and I can help now! :)
Woke to frost everywhere, but the sun is shining, so all's well, except my shoulder is sore from my ****s yesterday. Mmmmm...he just made me my chocolate diet smoothie...yum!

Out of my 10 lbs of beets, I ended up doing a double batch of pickled beets, with two medium freezer bags of julienned beets to freeze for future borscht. I had frozen completed borscht last time.
My left hand and fingernails are still pretty red this morning!
