I'm so happy, not just to be last, but my sister was flying into Toronto today from Arizona. All the family were getting together tonight for dinner before she left for England, but I couldn't be there.
Anyhow, she surprised me today. They switched their flight, and came in late last night, just so she & her DH could the afternoon with me today. What a wonderful surprise, and a nice visit. Merry Christmas to me. :):):)

Boy, what busy, but great day yesterday was. After my sister visiting, a friend brought dinner, and we watched a movie. I was exhausted.

Freezing rain has turned our city into a skating rink! Temps should take care of it later today, but for kids who take busses to school, it's an "ice day".
Hubby asked me yesterday if I wanted to wander around the mall today, but nope, I'm not chancing another fall on that ice out there.
Hicks, I'm so, so happy you had such a great day yesterday...when it rains, it pours, it's said...I hope you get a little rest before your social calendar heats up again! :)
