Bf woke me up this morning before he left for work for me to take our toungest to his soccer game. I was sure i was late for work.

Ys got most sportsman like and playing his position well....got the game ball...which he turned around and gave to the other defenseman because she scored their only goal. What a sweetheart!

Thank you, my dear @22hicks ...I had the most perfect two gifts on this birthday!!!!!!
We all went to the Mandarin for dinner yesterday after visiting with the bride and groom at their home, and it was excellent! Our Grandson discovered crab legs and loved them, but his first love will always be shrimp. :)
Such a clean restaurant with omg, TOO many choices, all of them so yummy!!
A fun way to end a perfect day!!

Home now, and decompressing from a very busy weekend!!! :sweet:

@Lynn49 - I'm so glad you had a great w/end. Nice way to cap off a wonderful summer.
I hope your DH had as good a time as you did.
I think the Mandarin is a wonderful restaurant; always clean, lots of choice, and if you go away hungry, you have no one to blame but yourself.
I think it'll take you a few days to recoup. Almost a shame it's over. :shrug:
