Well, I guess schools in the states do it formally.

But my friend is doing an adult version and I decided I want to try to! It's just trying to read 100 books in one year! Now that's a lot of books! Doubt if I'll get to 100 but I'm interested to see how far I can get. lol

Hmmm, I think I'll try that too! I go through books like crazy, I go nuts if I don't have something to read! I have one of Mitch Albon's books I'm about to start and I just re-read The Street Lawyer by John Grisham.

Loved that book!!! Although dont like John Grisham. Hate his writing style. Find his sentences too short and choppy. It distracts me from the story. lol

I read a lot of "teen" series, Hunger Games, House of Night... easy reads but I enjoy them And give me a John Grisham novel and I'll read it in a day lol

WHY do they do it? DD is so gentle. I'm not used to the roughness!

I've warned DH that he can't tell DS ANY of his childhood stories. They are SCARY! Like, so what you grew up in the country, doesn't mean it's normal to play with gun powder and fireworks!!!!! He almost blew up his hand on SEVERAL occassions. That is NOT normal. Although he says "its what guys do".

Again I ask WHY??????????

I dont have a huge list yet, so far just some James Patterson books and the last 3-4 books in the Mortal Instruments series. Then I have about 4 that people have given me saying they are good, by unknown authors.

Yup! I really liked that book. There's a movie too but it wasn't as good.

Men are amazing. Really, they fascinate me. I'm constantly wondering WHY! Like everything they do is strange! hahahaha

The house of night series is really good... another vampire series and it's dragged out over a ton of books but it's a good story. No sparkly vampires involved lol.

I just read a Mary Higgins Clark book and it was really good! Short and very easy to read.
