ABBY! * in my best mama's voice*. now you listen here sweetie.. you need to heed the dr.s warnings and take that note to heart.. at least until they figure out what you have.. with so many 'things' going round you don't want to take the chance you can worsen your own condition or take the chance of spreading something.. sorry hun. just my two cents.. take that note and enjoy those 5 days please.

I only have 2 days left of work . Then off for 2 weeks....I made it this long what is the difference? I had 2 long weekends in the four weeks since being sick and those did not help:(
I have used so many days...and I only get 10 and I have used 4 already and I have 4 specialist appointments booked already in the new year...I really hate bill115! There are going to be a lot of sick staff at schools because of it:(

Oh no! It sucks that they dont know what it is. Knowing that it's viral is scary since you work in a school. If you can't take off the last 2 days, maybe try and limit your exposure to others.... Good luck!
I got a Christmas Card from Sheets today!!! SOOOOOOO sweet. :) :)
i'm exhausted. my dd1 has been fighting an acute ear infection for a week and a half now. this morning at 5am she spiked yet another nasty fever and i made my 3rd trip to the E.R. she's so lethargic, just wants to sleep all the time...wont eat (shes tiny to begin with and has now lost a few lbs), a fever on an off for 12 days (sometimes as high as 41.2), on and off vomitting. and this morning she broke with a rash from her head to her toes. all the bloodwork, xrays and urine tests were fine, they say its a viral infection. i'm a paranoid wreck during the night. telehealth was talking about menegitis, thankgod they said it wasnt that at the hospital. if she continues to fever and stuff tomorrow i'm goning to take her to a hospital in a different city and get another (technically 4th) opinion. this is just nuts!!

Hope your little one gets better soon. I hate hearing kids being so sick. Sending warm wishes and prayers that she gets better right away!!!

WHY are there sooooo many preschool teachers??? lol. I still have 2 more cards and cannot for the life of me think of anything original to say. Seems I'm just saying what I wrote in the previous 2 cards, just with different wording. lol.

hehe i know, grace has 3 EAs and a teacher + 2 co-op students...
1 of the ones i wrote was a thankyou for helping make the transition for our daughter just that much easier. something along those lines anyways.. but i agree, it gets tough when theres 4,5,6 to do!

That's like the card I gave today! Her aid (or whatever her actual title is) really helped me with her transition to JK. She set up meetings, created a book with pictures of her new school and gave me a ton of exercises and ideas to do with DD to get her prepared.Quote:

Went to Hayden's Christmas concert at school today... soooooo cute!!! I think he sang louder than anyone LOL. I took lots of pictures and videos :) I'm glad they ended up having it, with all the stuff going on with the teachers I wasn't sure if it would happen.
