Thought this would be the best place to pop in and say Hello to all my SC friends. I see many ppl are getting ready for the holidays and some hoping to mend colds and sore throats (feel better soon). With my daughter's Birthday (today) just before Christmas, it is extra busy around our home. We are also awaiting a niece who is now 10 days over due!!!
Like many my SC visits have been intermittent this December.

finally finished my christmas shopping last night. woohoo!! just have to finish up some wrapping and it's all done. DH went christmas shopping today..what a guy. just enjoying a coffee while the kids watch carebears and colour. a friend is comming for a visit with her 2 little guys in a bit so they'll have a nice play date. tommorrow going to make some more lemon bars with shortbread crust and 1 of my favourite desserts....sex in a pan! also known as death by chocolate. the kids bought some treats/toys for the cats yesterday at the pet store so they want to wrap those up today too. hope everyone has a great sunday!

Made a batch of cuban lunch (chocolates), and am just finishing some icebox cookies.
Gee - reading the above - I haven't had sex in a pan for ages - will definitely put on my to-do list over the next week; it's so yummy!
LOL I remember SO many years ago when it was served at one of my wedding showers, they had to call it 'something' in a pan so as not to offend the older women....

Quick pop in to say hi! Busy time of year with two little ones!
So sad when a couple calls to cancel a wedding (Dec 29th)...it's the first time it's happened to me.....they looked so happy together when we met.....they do live together, so I'm not sure what happened, but I'm refunding their money to them in the morning....Ah...life goes on, I guess...
Off to see the Hobbitt with DD and her DH...we have reservations for 3pm, then back to their place for wine and appys with her inlaws who are babysitting our grandson....Have a wonderful evening, everyone!

hi all just finished supper and i am cleaning -but took time out to say merry xmas to all scers-might go for a quick walk in the cool night air
busy day here. made cupcakes, cookies. very happy with them. working on laundry, clean up. preparing for tomorrow. unfortunately my car is dead. need new battery. SO i got one of my xmas presents early.. a new shopping cart :).. so happy. i'll never have to carry bags home again.. yay.
VERY busy day planned tomorrow so not sure if i'll be on.
Ugh, I'm exhausted.
Late night last night with both little ones sick. Barely got any sleep.
Then today was full of baking. Just finished wrapping Santa's presents so now I think I'll try and relax before hitting the hay.
Can't believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve! So exciting!
